FED: Nothing new in Wong announcement, says Hunt

The federal opposition has accused Water Minister PENNY WONG of making the same announcement
about funding for urban projects three times.

Senator WONG said today .. private companies and governments will be able to apply
for up to 100 million dollars for desalination and water recycling projects under new
commonwealth guidelines.

Shadow Water Minister GREG HUNT says .. the program was announced before the election
.. again on budget night and again today.
